Using the website

Styled Studios Barbershop LLC provides this website for finding barbers, requesting appointments and managing studio services. You must be an adult with authority to make the booking or manage the account. Keep your details accurate and your private sign-in links secure. Contact us for assisted booking if online booking is not suitable for you.

Appointments and prices

The selected barber’s services, duration, total price, deposit and cancellation notice are shown before you confirm. Review them carefully. A displayed opening is not reserved until the booking is confirmed; an unpaid deposit hold can expire. Your existing booking retains the price and policy agreed when it was made.

Required service charges must be included in the displayed service price. Selected add-ons and any optional tip are shown separately before payment. Tips are voluntary. No undisclosed cancellation or no-show fee is authorized by accepting these terms. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Barber services and studio support

Your selected barber provides the booked service and controls their menu, availability and service refunds. Service payments are processed for that barber. Studio support can help with scheduling or contact issues, but studio ownership alone does not give access to another barber’s private records or payment refunds. Booth rent is governed separately and is never automatically deducted from haircut payments.

Accounts, messages and uploads

Do not impersonate others, misuse private appointment links, interfere with the service or upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material. Supply only information needed for the service. We may restrict misuse or remove material that violates these terms while preserving rights required by law.

Barbers retain ownership of their work. By choosing to upload and publish it, they authorize us to store, process and display it for the requested portfolio purpose. They must hold the necessary copyright permission and consent from identifiable people, including appropriate guardian permission for minors. Removing a portfolio item stops its future display here; copies already cached or downloaded by others may remain.

Content and your rights

Site branding, photographs and text may be protected by copyright or other rights. Do not reuse them commercially without the rights holder’s permission. Nothing here prevents honest reviews, complaints to regulators, chargeback rights, privacy requests, or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. We do not promise a particular haircut result or uninterrupted website availability.

Changes and questions

Changes to website terms will carry a new date and version and will not silently change an existing appointment’s agreed price or policy. California law applies to the extent permitted by law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us to resolve a question or concern.
