Changing or cancelling a visit

Use your secure appointment link to change or cancel within the notice period shown for that booking. If online changes have closed, contact your barber or studio support. A cancellation does not itself submit a refund. No cancellation or no-show charge is enabled by default or authorized without separate, clear disclosure and any required agreement.

Deposits and missed appointments

A configured deposit is part of the service total, not an extra charge. Its amount and remaining balance appear before confirmation. A payment alone does not create terms that were never disclosed. Contact the servicing barber about a cancelled, late or missed visit and the refund terms that applied to your booking. We do not apply a blanket “all sales final” rule.

Requesting a refund

Contact your servicing barber, or ask studio support to connect you. Provide your booking reference, visit date and a short explanation; do not send card or bank credentials. Service-quality concerns, duplicate or incorrect charges, and services not provided are reviewed against the booking agreement and applicable law.

If the barber or studio cancels a service that has not been provided, you may request a refund of the amount paid for that service or arrange a new appointment. The servicing barber processes service refunds through the original payment method where supported. A request is not the same as a completed refund; your receipt and payment status show the result. Bank processing times vary.

Separate arrangements and legal rights

This page concerns appointments booked through this site. Booth rent follows the renter’s separate agreement. Earlier merchandise, membership or gift-card obligations are not cancelled by this policy or by the website transition; contact the studio about them. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by law.
